How much coverage do we need for our event?

It depends on the size, schedule, and goals of the event. Smaller events often only need a few hours of focused photo and video coverage, while conferences, corporate events, and multi-part productions usually need fuller coverage to capture speakers, guests, details, and recap content properly. If you are not sure, we can recommend the right amount based on your run of show and deliverables.

How far in advance should we book?

Earlier is always better, especially for corporate events, conference dates, and busy seasons in Austin. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a confirmed date and general scope. That said, if your event is coming up quickly, still reach out — if we have availability, we can often move fast.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery depends on the scope of coverage and the final deliverables. Smaller event galleries and highlight edits usually move faster, while multi-day coverage and larger productions take longer. If your team needs quick-turn social content, recap edits, or a faster delivery window, we can build that into the package ahead of time.

Do you travel outside of Austin?

Yes. While a lot of our event photography and videography work is based in Austin, we also travel across Texas and beyond for the right event. Travel needs depend on the location, crew size, schedule, and scope, and we can include that in a custom quote.

Can you create social media edits or recap videos?

Absolutely. We can create highlight reels, recap videos, social-first edits, and other short-form deliverables designed for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. If social content matters to your team, we can shape the coverage around those deliverables from the start instead of treating them like an afterthought.
